Rummage On The Hill Sale

            The First Congregational Church in Essex, 6 Methodist Hill, will hold its annual Rummage Sale on Saturday, October 1 at a new time from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., rain or shine. The sale is ending one hour earlier this year, so those interested are encouraged to be at the church early for the best Rummage Sale selection.             Items for sale include finer women’s clothing and accessories, men’s and children’s clothing, jewelry, toys, housewares, linens, paintings, frames, lamps and baked goods. Free Stuff Days

Furniture, sporting goods and other miscellaneous items will be given away at the “Free Stuff” Days, sponsored by The First Congregational Church in Essex, UCC, on September 17 and September 18 at the Annex  Warehouse, 25 Middlesex Turnpike (next to the Essex Firehouse).             Items will be available free for the taking on September 17 from 8 am to 12 noon and September 18 from 8 am to 11 am. All merchandise is given away in “as is” condition. For more information, call (860) 767-8097.
